Coaching sessions on your own or with a partner(s) may be a perfect fit if you’d like a more customized, in-depth approach than a traditional class. We’ll be able to focus on what you specifically want to explore through kink, tackle any obstacles you’re encountering, and together come up with an action plan to guide you on your journey.
All coaching sessions include an intro consultation (20 minutes) to get to know you (and any partners if a couple/polycule), a one hour session via Zoom or Google Meet, a follow up email per session with steps to take & any “homework” I recommend, and a further follow-up two weeks after the session to check-in. Topics to explore can include communication, bringing up kink with a new partner, negotiation, building kink scenes, techniques & safety, finding community, creating & navigating BDSM dynamics, 24/7 lifestyle BDSM, finding your authentic kink, and more.

NOTE: Coaching sessions can help you talk through (and then work through!) obstacles in your intimacy, support your learning about BDSM/kink/sex, give you action steps to take on your journey, and grow your communication with your partner(s) and yourself. However, coaching is not a replacement for therapy, trauma-support work, or your own hands-on learning. Coaching can work in alignment with all of these, and help you generally explore your pleasure in a safe container.
