i forgot my membership password!

I’m unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the Sign In button on the homepage in the navigation bar, you can click “Forgot password?” to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

how do i change my account email address?

It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address. Contact info [at] unearthedpleasures [dot] com if you plan to create a new account for a Membership account.

how do i edit my saved information, such as payment info?

I am unable to edit saved shipping addresses and payment information on your behalf. To edit your information first log in to your Membership via the “Sign In” button in the navigation bar, you’ll then see a button labeled “Account” in the navigation bar, click the main “Account” link to : view your orders, manage any subscriptions, view & manage your member area memberships, add & update billing information, or update your name & password.

can i save a paypal account as a payment method?

No, currently you can only save credit card information and billing addresses.

can i checkout without an account?

Yes, logging into an account at checkout is optional, those without accounts can check out as a guest. However, in order to log in to your Membership (i.e. classes), you’ll need to create or log in to an account.
